My hotel....Hotel Espana right by the Plaza de Armas. I highly recommend it, it has so much charaacter! $15 a night for a private room, rooftop cafe, spiral-staircase-treehouse-museum vibe, surprisingly quiet, but hot water only quasi-reliable.
